Pawyica Woname is an influential advocate of global capacity building and development. She builds diverse and sustainable funding streams for renewable community reinvestment.

Pawyica has designed project management methodologies that maximize results for small and medium sized businesses leading to the transformation of industry anchors within perspective communities and mobilize resources.

Through leveraging public and private sector funding and policy engagement and collaboration, Pawyica leads global communities initiatives to enhance industry infrastructure for land resources, and provide self-sustainable support to underserved populations in order to thrive.

Healthcare Management Bio

Pawyica began her Healthcare involvement leading the strategic support team for a for-profit investment firm created by a FQHC that focused on EB-5 investments.

This led her towards an EHR career in 2013 but discovered her passion in the EHR activation services space when she began working with TEKsystems in 2015 as a Resource Coordinator, leading to An Activation Manager. In this role, she managed 400+ ATE Support Teams.

Pawyica has managed over 40 Go-live implementation overseeing the team customization and logistics. She has been responsible for monitoring ongoing adherence to the solution approach throughout the engagement and collaborating with the customers project manager and stakeholders to manage their expectations and resolve issues as they relate to the business requirements and scope of the engagement in a timely manner, as well as providing project updates; monitor hours; identify and acknowledge accomplishments, risks, and issues and concerns; and guide the management team in the taper decisions.

Pawyica has managed several full SDLC teams in areas of physician adoption, training management, Clinical Ancillary Workgroup, Internal DTP Infrastructure Dependencies, eMPI (Enterprise Master Patient Index) Clean Up Workstream, eMPI (Enterprise Master Patient Index) Query Implementation, and Data & Appointment Conversion Workgroup.
